Adult prom fundraiser to support park upgrades in Lower Frederick

Dust off the formalwear and get ready to relive prom night — this time with a purpose. 

Lower Frederick Township Park & Recreation is hosting a 21+ Adult Prom fundraiser on Saturday, May 30, from 7 to 11 p.m. at Bella Brew Pub in Perkiomenville, with proceeds helping fund local park improvements and upgrades.

Tickets are $50 per person, with $20 from each ticket directly supporting township parks. The evening will feature a private DJ, dancing, passed hors d’oeuvres, desserts, door prizes, a silent auction and even the crowning of a prom king and queen. A cash bar will also be available.

Organizers are encouraging guests to “dress to impress,” with optional pre-orders available for boutonnieres and corsages to complete the throwback experience. Photo opportunities and icebreaker activities are also planned to keep the night lively.

Tickets are limited and must be purchased in advance, with no refunds. Due to limited parking at the venue, attendees are strongly encouraged to use ride-sharing.
