State police investigating burglary at Worcester Township business

 Pennsylvania State Police out of Skippack are investigating a reported burglary by force that occurred in the early morning hours earlier this month at a business on Skippack Pike.

Police reported Monday morning that troopers were dispatched to the business center at 2960 Skippack Pike in Worcester Township on Sept. 14 at 5:13 a.m. for a burglary.

According to police, an unknown individual arrived in a red sedan, broke a window and tried unsuccessfully to rob the money drawer in a cash register.

The business center contains Dunkin’, Williams & Co. Jewelers, Camila Salon, Wooddevotion, Gregory M. Grosko Dentistry, Nico’s Pizza, DCO Orthodontic Specialists, Center Point Cleaners, CNI Sales Inc., and Cinderella Nails & Spa.

Police did not publish the name of the affected business in its public information release.
