Dominique "Dom" Kossally faces a sentencing hearing on charge of aggravated indecent assault
A Skippack Township man and licensed massage therapist has been convicted of aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault for inappropriate contact with a female client during a massage session at Spavia, a spa in King of Prussia.
Dominique “Dom” Kossally, 33, was found guilty following a two-day trial and seven hours of jury deliberation in Montgomery County Court, according to The Mercury. The incident took place on Sept. 14, 2023, and was investigated by the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General after a formal complaint was filed.
Judge Thomas M. DelRicci has delayed sentencing to allow for a background investigation report. Kossally could face up to 12 years in prison, though sentencing guidelines may allow for a shorter term.
After the verdict, his bail was increased to $20,000 cash, according to the report. Kossally was briefly taken into custody, but was released the same evening after posting bond, per the report.
According to court documents, the female client reported that Kossally touched her inappropriately during the session and offered her additional services afterward. She left the facility immediately and later informed spa management, leading to his immediate termination.
Kossally did not testify during the trial but was supported by family and friends in court, according to the article.
All suspects and defendants are innocent until proven guilty. This story was compiled using public court records.
