A mere 3 minute walk to the beach entrance on 25th Street, this beautiful second floor condo has it all including an elevator to make your stay easier. Soaring ceilings with natural sunlight filter in the main living areas. You'll enjoy a comfy sofa, love seat and swivel chairs in the open living room. Seating for 8 is in the equally spacious dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials. We have a separate toaster for gluten free dieters and have both Keurig and standard coffee maker. Outside under the large covered front deck, you'll find casual seating and a dining area that seats 6. A George Foreman electric grill awaits for a delicious BBQ.
Walking upstairs to the bedrooms you will reach the elevator access. The first of the four bedrooms has two twin beds. A hall bath has plenty of towel hooks for everyone. The Shabby Chic bedroom has 2 twins. The third bedroom, a beautiful queen with access to the back deck and the rooftop deck to watch nightly sunsets with a view of the Atlantic ocean.
The primary bedroom with it's lofty tray ceiling has a top-of-the-line king mattress and en suite bath with two shower heads. This bedroom also has access to the back deck and roof top deck. Sunlight filters throughout the day in this room and the queen room.
Your rental comes with high quality bed linens and bath towels. You just need to bring your beach towels. There are multiple hairdryers. Heading to the ground level, you have a one car garage to store bikes and other gear. Your rental also comes with a variety of beach chairs, umbrella and plenty of beach toys. A shower just off the garage is a wonderful convenience. Lastly, your rental comes with 4 beach tags, high speed wifi, smart tv to log into your own accounts and keyless entry on all locked doors. One code will unlock all doors eliminating the need for keys.
What you will love about this home is how open and airy every room feels. You will have full sun on the front deck around 3pm. The best part is the location! You will enjoy the convenience of walking or riding your bike to all the happening spots and enjoying the quiet of 25th and Central Ave. The weekly Farmer's market, the boardwalk, strolls along Asbury Avenue and patronizing the many donut and best pizza shops in Cape May County.
Absolutely no pets and no smoking in or outside the property. After booking we require a signed rental agreement and $500 fully refundable security deposit. You will receive the deposit with 14 days after departure.
