From 80s rockers to your favorite local bands, there is a lot of great music happening in the Philadelphia region this week.


Philly’s own The Hooters is returning to the area this week with a show at The Met Philadelphia. You can also enjoy some more old school rock n’ roll at The Local Tap in Lansdale with The Perkolators.


Local acoustic rockers Keep The Change will be playing at Well Crafted in Ambler while ZenDog will be appearing at Artifact Brewing also this week.


If you are looking for something a little different to do, the Skippack Wine Fest is scheduled for this Saturday and Upper Darby High School is hosting a Spring Craft Fair and Flea Market.


Inspiring Synergy in Warrington has just what you need to relax from your stressful work week. Don’t miss the Candlelight Reiki Infused Sound Healing Experience.


Want to hit the dance floor instead? Country music fans will be able to enjoy some line dancing at the Willow Grove Mall on Saturday too.

 

The Hooters at The Met Philadelphia

 

The Hooters first hit the Philly music scene in the 1980s and now on Saturday, May 10, 8 p.m., they are coming home to play The Met.

This will be the band’s first performance at The Met as they kick off their ’45 ALIVE’ 45th Anniversary Tour hosted by WMMR.

The Perkolators at the Local Tap

 

On Friday, May 16, 7:30 p.m., The Perkolators will be back at The Local Tap in Lansdale.

The Perkolators are a blues-based trio from Bucks County led by English born guitar player Tim ‘the Perkolator’ Perks. They play classic blues, old school rock n’ roll and Roots music.

Line Dancing with Charlie at Willow Grove Park Mall

 

On Saturday, May 17, 3 p.m., Philly Photo Spot in the Willow Grove Park Mall will be hosting Boots On The Ground: Line Dancing With Charlie!.

Enjoy a high energy line dancing class with Dancing With Charlie. The class is perfect for all experience levels. After working up a sweat, visit the selfie museum for 50%.

General Admission to the class is $23.

Spring Craft Fair at Upper Darby High School

 

On Saturday, May 17, 9 a.m., Upper Darby High School will be hosting the UDOP Spring Craft Fair and Flea Market.

The event is being held to raise money for current and future Upper Darby band and orchestra students.
