The Lower Frederick Park and Recreation Board will host its annual Spring Festival on Saturday, June 7, at Cuddy Park, 102 Colonial Drive.
The free event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will feature a variety of family-friendly activities, educational programs and local vendors.
At 11 a.m., AARK Wildlife Rehabilitation will present a wildlife education program. At 12:30 p.m., a program titled “Gardening in Small Places” will offer tips and techniques for maximizing limited garden space.
Other attractions include Schwenksville's Behmerwald Nursery Plant Sale, seed bombing, children’s activities and crafts, a bouquet bar, a book giveaway, and information tables from local community groups. The U.S. Fire Company Fry Truck will also be on-site.
