Worcester church victim of washed check, police say

Pennsylvania State Police said unknown person washed a check for $4,419. 28 belonging to Central Schwenkfelder Church on Valley Forge Road in Worcester Township.

Police announced on Friday that officials at the church reported the forgery and counterfeiting on the afternoon of March 19.
