She’s Got Soul at Marian Anderson Hall
On Sunday, Mar. 30, 3 p.m., don’t miss She’s Got Soul – a soulful performance by Capathia Jenkins and No Name Pops conducted by Lucas Waldin. Held at Marian Anderson Hall, the night will include the greatest hits of soul and R&B legends, including Whitney Houston, Gladys Knight, Chaka Khan and Adele.

Make a Gargoyle at TileWorks
Starting Wednesday, Mar. 26, 6 p.m., TileWorks is hosting a special workshop led by Tom Thomas on how to build a gargoyle by hand using ceramics.
The workshop consists of 6 sessions every Wednesday from Mar. 26 through Apr. 30. The ceramics class is accessible to both beginners and advanced artists.

Spring Fling Parent/Child Dance
On Sunday, Mar. 30, 3 p.m., Bluestone Country Club is teaming up with Bob Kelly of Fox29 News and his nonprofit Kelly’s Kidz for a special parent/child dance to celebrate spring.
Not only will you enjoy a special night of family time, but you will also be helping other kids in need. Twenty percent of the proceeds from the event will go to Kelly’s Kidz.

On Saturday, Mar. 29, 7:30 p.m., Havertown resident and author Johanna Kulp, MSW, LCSW, will be at Moore Books to read from her new book, Finding Peace with Your Body: A Body Image Guide for Women and to do a Q&A and book signing.
Kulp is founder and part-owner of Live Well Therapy Associates, a Narberth-based outpatient group practice focused on helping people with eating disorders.

Drum Clinic with Rob Mitzner
On Friday, Mar. 28, 6 p.m., the PA Chapter of Percussive Arts Society and Pocket Percussion will team up to offer a special drum clinic with Rob Mitzner.
The two-hour clinic is perfect for both beginners and professional musicians. Mitzner is a Brooklyn-based musician who recently was a guest drummer with the 8G band on Late Night with Seth Meyers and has supported artists such as Sam Kininger, Carolyn Leonhart and Oscar Stagnaro.
