Parking will be disrupted for residents in Lower Frederick Township this week, as public works will undergo township-wide street sweeping.

Between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., from Monday through Friday this week, citizens must avoid parking in the street. The sweeping will begin in Spring Mount.

Drivers are advised to use extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns can occur, the township said.

Vehicles will be subject to towing. The public works department will post “No Parking” signs along curbed parking areas.

Contact Lower Frederick Township Road Manager Tom Manning at tmanning@lowerfrederick.org for any specific questions or concerns.
