Bonjung Sushi & Korean BBQ is marking its 20th anniversary with a special Chef’s Menu Dinner, offering guests a chance to savor some of the restaurant's most popular dishes.

The $80-per-person event will feature a selection of Korean and Japanese favorites from both the kitchen and sushi bar, along with appetizers, entrees, and desserts. The evening will be complemented by sake tastings and refreshing Soju cocktails, making it a memorable celebration for food lovers.

The anniversary dinner will take place on Wednesday, starting at 6 p.m. at Bonjung's location at 50 W. Third Ave. in Collegeville.

Reservations are required and can be made on its website or at 610-498-7022. The event promises to be a great opportunity to indulge in delicious food while celebrating a milestone for one of the area's beloved restaurants.

Bonjung's owner, Gregory Shin, has been a vital part of the community for years, bringing authentic Korean and Japanese cuisine to Collegeville and the surrounding areas, according to the restaurant.

The dinner not only commemorates the restaurant's legacy, but also serves as a heartfelt tribute to Shin and his family for their dedication to the community.

According to its website Bonjung is Zagat rated and a BYOB restaurant. It was voted “Best of Philly” for three consecutive years by Philadelphia Magazine from 2011 to 2013 and won the Best Sushi on the Montco Happening List in 2014, 2022 and last year.
