Ursinus boasts a 72% graduation rate, with most students completing degrees in around 4.1 years

Ursinus College has been recognized by Money magazine as one of the nation’s Best Colleges for 2025, praised for combining affordability, academic rigor, and strong post-graduation outcomes, according to its website.

On the comprehensive Money profile, the Collegeville liberal arts school stands out for its generous financial aid and solid student outcomes.

The estimated full cost for the 2025–26 academic year is $80,510, which drops to an average of $33,600 after need-based and merit aid, according to Money. . Nearly all students receive aid — 98% of undergraduates get grants, with institutions meeting 83% of demonstrated need, per the website.

Ursinus boasts a 72% graduation rate, with most students completing degrees in around 4.1 years. Median early career earnings are reported at $73,720, reflecting strong economic outcomes, according to the report.

Meanwhile, typical student debt remains moderate, at about $27,000, according to Money.

“This recognition reflects our commitment to preparing students not just to graduate, but to emerge ready to lead and thrive from day one,” Ursinus College President Robyn Hannigan told the college. “We are proud that Money has acknowledged the value of the Ursinus experience.”

Hannigan said through APEX at Ursinus, students gain unmatched access to real-world, hands-on opportunities: research, internships, entrepreneurial projects, and career-connected pathways.

Ursinus is also noted for ranking highly in affordability and social mobility. According to U.S. News & World Report, Ursinus ranks #67 among “Best Value Schools” and #58 in “Top Performers on Social Mobility,” based on how well it graduates Pell grant recipients and first-generation college students.
