A third defendant, Deanna Andrichyn, of Boyertown, will have a preliminary hearing in March.
Two of the three people accused of a commercial burglary of a Hilltown Township towing business in October 2023 waived all charges against them to arraignment at Montgomery County Common Pleas Court earlier this month, while the third defendant awaits a March preliminary hearing.
Authorities allege Ryan Adam Bertanzetti, 40, of Malvern, Deanna Andrichyn, 34, of Boyertown, and Andrew Miley, 36, of Telford, took part in a burglary of Jaxx Towing on Swartley Road.
Both Bertanzetti and Miley were arrested back in November, with Andrichyn turning herself in on Nov. 20, 2024, police said. On Nov. 26, authorities apprehended Miley on a warrant from Hilltown Township Police.
Miley is charged with the most offenses: Felony counts of burglary, criminal trespassing, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, according to court records.
Bertanzetti and Andrichyn were each charged with felony receiving stolen property, according to court documents.
Additionally, Miley is awaiting a preliminary hearing in February on charges of corruption of minors, recklessly endangering another person, and furnishing liquor to a minor, stemming from an October arrest in Souderton Borough, according to court records.
Bertanzetti, who has an extensive criminal history, has been at Bucks County jail in lieu of 10% of $25,000 cash bail since Nov. 20, per court records.
He is awaiting a February sentencing in Bucks County Common Pleas Court after pleading guilty in October to felony counts of witness intimidation and retaliation against a witness or victim, stemming from a May 2024 arrest in Doylestown Township, according to court records. Bertanzetti is in Bucks County jail on 10% of $500,000 cash bail in that criminal case.
Miley was originally given 10% of $75,000 cash bail, but it was reduced per court order on Dec. 3 to 10% of $25,000 cash bail, which he posted on Dec. 7, per court records. He was approved for a change of counsel on Tuesday, per court records.
Andrichyn is free on $75,000 unsecured bail, according to court documents.
Bertanzetti and Miley will both be arraigned Feb. 14, with an April 22 pre-trial/guilty plea hearing scheduled for Bertanzetti, according to court documents. Miley has a pre-trial hearing set for April 8.
