The Stephen King novella has been adapted for the stage in a free show.
Theater director Christopher McBreen will present “The Shawshank Redemption – A Staged Reading” Saturday night in Salford Township at DCP Theatre as part of its Outlets at DCP Theatre program.
The Stephen King novella has been adapted for the stage in Saturday’s 8 p.m. event at the 795 Ridge Road theatre. Doors open at 7 p.m.
The show is free and donations are appreciated.
