Breaking: police closing down Valley Forge Road after reports of unresponsive person involved in two-car accident

Expect significant traffic delays in the area of Valley Forge Road near the intersection of Woodlyn Ave. and Stump Hall Road after a man had to be transported to the hospital after crashing his car.

Police are closing down Valley Forge Road between Woodlyn Avenue and Stump Hall Road in Worcester Township after receiving a call around 12 p.m. about a unresponsive person who crashed his Nissan Rogue near the intersection of Valley Forge Road and Woodlyn Avenue.

    Expect significant traffic delays in the area after a man had to be transported to the hospital after crashing his car.
 

Witnesses on scene reported that the driver was blue in the face and emergency response crews started performing life-saving procedures. The driver was then transported to Einstein Hospital. 

Plymouth Community Ambulance Association is on scene, as well as the Worcester Fire Company and the Norriton Fire Engine Company.

Expect significant traffic delays in the area.
