Jeffrey Randall Krajnik, of West Fifth Avenue, Collegeville, allegedly created "a physically offensive situation"

A Collegeville man allegedly found walking naked after midnight had misdemeanor charges of open lewdness and loitering at nighttime withdrawn at a preliminary hearing last week, and moves on to non-traffic court on a summary charge of disorderly conduct by creating a physically offensive situation.

Police accused Jeffrey Randall Krajnik, 45, of the 200 block of West Fifth Avenue of wearing nothing but his shoes 200 feet from his house at 12:26 am. June 23, 2025, near Third Avenue.

According to the complaint, police were patrolling West Fifth Avenue near its intersection with Third Avenue, when they saw Krajnik walking along the street, naked, except for his shoes.

Police said his nudity was “likely to be observed by others and was of a nature that would alarm or affront members of the community.”

Upon seeing police, Krajnik allegedly attempted to conceal himself by hiding behind an egg and fruit sales stand at 222 W. Fifth Ave., police said.

Then, he tried to pass through a split-rail fence, police allege, that led directly to a private home, but he was stopped by wire mesh.

Police said his actions served no legitimate purpose, creating an unnecessary risk of public discomfort and alarm.

Krajnik was arrested and read his rights, and told police his address, which was 230 feet from he was first spotted by police, per the complaint.

He provided “inconsistent and implausible” explanations for his actions, police said, and he was unaware he was completely naked.

A criminal complaint was filed and a summons issued on Oct. 10, per court records.

Krajnik was represented by Media attorney Wana Saadzoi.

All suspects and defendants are innocent until proven guilty. This story was compiled using public court records.
