Easter Egg Hunt, Lower Frederick Fire Co. Cornhole Tournament returning this month

Two exciting events are set for April in Lower Frederick Township, including a fire company Cornhole Tournament.

First, Lower Frederick Park and Recreation Board hosts its annual Easter Egg Hunt at Coble Park at 2 Little Road on April 19 at 10 a.m.

Children can take part in face painting and meet the Easter Bunny. Spring Mountain Day Camp will provide a balloon artist and cornhole.

    

Then, on April 26, starting at noon, Lower Frederick Fire Co. hosts its Spring Cornhole Tournament at its firehouse at 137 Spring Mount Road.

Registration guarantees participants four games with more games possible based on successful play.

Food, beverages, air mail 50/50 and raffles will be available for purchase.

The cost is $40 per team ahead of time, and $50 on the day of the event.
