Multiple fire crews on scene of mulch fire on Gravel Pike

Nine fire agencies are battling a large mulch fire at a landscaping company on North Gravel Pike in Lower Frederick Township Sunday afternoon.

According to Montgomery County emergency dispatch, the fire is at a mulch storage yard at Livezey Landscaping at 1237 N. Gravel Pike, near Little Road.

Three more tankers have been called to the scene, as of 4:20 p.m. Sunday.

Responding companies include Green Lane Fire Co., Perkiomen Twp Fire Co., Harleysville Fire Co., Upper Frederick Fire, Upper Salford Fire Co., Upper Providence Township Fire, Lower Frederick Fire Co., Lower Frederick Fire Police, Limerick Fire Police, and Schwenksville Fire Co.
