The development, called Charterfield Landing, is situated between Evansburg State Park and Ursinus College.
Toll Brothers, a luxury homebuilder based in Fort Washington, is developing a new high-end residential community called Charterfield Landing in Skippack Township, set to be completed by Summer 2025.
According to The Philadelphia Business Journal, the project at 4037 MacCormack Way spans 57 acres and will feature 55 single-family homes and 30 acres of open space. Toll Bros. acquired the parcel near Mill and Collegeville roads and for $11.4 million.
The homes, nestled between Evansburg State Park and Ursinus College and close to Providence Town Center shopping plaza, will range in size from 3,500 to more than 4,650 square feet, with prices starting at $1.1 million.
According to the report, sales will begin in February 2025.
