PennDOT construction to affect traffic at Upper Salford roundabout next week

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced Thursday that lighting installation is scheduled on the roundabout at the intersection of Old Skippack Road and Schwenksville Road/Shelly Road in Upper Salford Township, Montgomery County.

Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:

• Monday, June 17, through Friday, June 21, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, flagging will control traffic flow on            Schwenksville Road/Shelly Road at the intersection with Old Skippack Road.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
