Boardroom Spirits Co-owner Chef Robert Irvine signing bottles of his vodka, gin in Quakertown Saturday

In 2021, Boardroom and Irvine unveiled Irvine's Spirits, which includes Irvine's Vodka and Irvine's American Dry Gin.

World-class Chef Robert Irvine, who also co-owns Boardroom Spirits in Lansdale, will be signing pre-purchased bottles of his vodka and gin on Saturday in Quakertown, according to the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board.

Irvine will begin signing at 2 p.m. at the Fine Wine & Good Spirits Premium store at Quakertown Plaza, 1465 W. Broad St., in Bucks County.

Anyone 21 and older can sample the following spirits at the event:

  • Irvine’s American Dry Gin ($23.89)
  • Irvine’s Vodka ($15.99)
  • Irvine’s Espresso Martini 100-mL can ($3.99, but cannot be signed)

A portion of proceeds from Saturday’s event will go toward efforts of the Robert Irvine Foundation, which gives back to first responders and servicemen and servicewomen.

In addition to his restaurants – Robert Irvine's Public House at the Tropicana in Las Vegas and Fresh Kitchen by Robert Irvine within the Pentagon – he is the owner of FitCrunch, whose protein bars, powders, and snacks are available nationwide; Robert Irvine Foods, which makes prepared, restaurant-quality dishes available in grocery stores and provides food service to military bases worldwide; and the Lansdale, Pa.-based Boardroom Spirits, creators of handcrafted vodka, rum, whiskey, and more, per the PA LCB.

He is also the author of four cookbooks; his most recent book, “Overcoming Impossible," launched in early 2023. In 2021, Boardroom and Irvine unveiled Irvine's Spirits, which includes Irvine's Vodka and Irvine's American Dry Gin. These offerings are the perfect distillation of Robert's culinary mastery and his experience traveling the globe and experiencing the best of everything, per the LCB.

The PLCB regulates the distribution of beverage alcohol in Pennsylvania, operates about 600 wine and spirits stores statewide, and licenses 20,000 alcohol producers, retailers, and handlers. The PLCB also works to reduce and prevent dangerous and underage drinking through partnerships with schools, community groups, and licensees, according to the PA LCB.
