Emergency responders are on the scene of a two-vehicle accident with injuries at Black Rock and Olympic roads in Upper Providence Township involving a motorcycle.

After the crash, the motorcycle caught fire, which was put out by fire personnel. The report came in around 2:20 p.m.

According to Montgomery County emergency radio dispatch, the motorcyclist is unconscious, but breathing. At least one person was taken to an area hospital for treatment of injuries.

The minivan on scene sustained severe front-end damage.

The scene remains active. Avoid the area. Black Rock Road was closed between Olympic Road and Green Tree Road/Upper Indian Head Road.

A majority of Sassamansville Fire Co. emergency personnel are at the scene, as well as Collegeville Fire. Co. fire police and Royersford Fire Police. Emergency medical units on scene include Friendship HLH Ambulance of Royersford and Lower Providence Community Center Ambulance.
