An individual was caught masturbating, police said.
Pennsylvania State Police are investigating an indecent exposure report that occurred July 6 in Lower Frederick Township.
A 35-year-old woman from Schwenksville told police the incident occurred on Big Road at 10:49 p.m., where she observed an individual masturbating in the driver seat of a 2015 Dodge Neon SRT-4 2.0.
No other information was provided by police.
