Driver hits utility pole, overturns car on Germantown Pike, police say

Pennsylvania State Police at Skippack reported Tuesday that a New Jersey driver was uninjured after crashing his Toyota Camry into a utility pole on Germantown Pike Saturday morning.

Police said the 25-year-old driver from Trenton was cited for not driving in his lane. According to the crash synopsis, the Camry was east on Germantown Pike in Worcester Township, near Stump Hall and Kriebel Mill roads, at 10:34 a.m. The driver went into the opposing lane, and off the roadway, hitting a utility pole, police allege. The Camry then overturned on the side of the road, sustaining severe damage, police said.
