A car hit a fallen tree in the road at night, which pushed it into a car traveling in the opposite direction, damaging both vehicles, in Upper Frederick Township last week.
Pennsylvania State Police at Skippack reported Tuesday that a 2017 Dodge Ram 3500, driven by a 58-year-old Green Lane man, was traveling east on Green Lane Road near Hill Road on Dec. 11 at 11 p.m.
Meanwhile, a 2015 Toyota Prius, driven by a 23-year-old Gilbertsville woman, was traveling in the opposite direction, police said.
The Ram struck the fallen tree with its front end, which pushed it into the front end of the Toyota, police said.
Both units sustained heavy damage and no one was injured, police said. Both cars were towed from the scene.
The tree was also removed from Green Lane Road, police said.
