Multicaliber pistol stolen from Sumneytown Pike home, police say

State Police reported the incident on Tuesday.

Pennsylvania State Police at Skippack reported Tuesday are investigating a burglary that occurred in Upper Salford Township in September in which a gun was stolen.

Police said unknown persons gained access to a single-story home on the 600 block of Sumneytown Pike on Sept. 2 at 1:39 a.m.

A silver Sig Sauer multi-caliber MCX 300 pistol, valued at $3,000, was stolen from the home, police said.
