On November 23, state Sen. Tracy Pennycuick hosted her second annual Veterans Appreciation Breakfast at the East Greenville Fire Company, drawing a significant crowd of veterans, their families and community members to honor and thank those who have served the country.

The breakfast featured a meal, camaraderie and a variety of services for veterans. Attendees had the opportunity to connect with local organizations, including the Montgomery County Veterans Affairs, Berks County Recorder of Deeds, Montgomery County Recorder of Deeds, Norristown Vet Center, the offices of Rep. Donna Scheuren, Rep. Milou Mackenzie, and Rep. David Maloney, PA Dept. of Military and Veteran Affairs, Red Hill VFW Post 5954, Tails of Valor, Paws of Honor Program and Tricare. These organizations provided information on benefits, healthcare and other resources available to veterans.

“The echoes of gratitude filled the room as we honored our veterans at my second annual Veterans Appreciation Breakfast,” said Pennycuick. “We are incredibly grateful to all of our veterans for their sacrifices and service. This event is a small way to express our deep appreciation and to ensure that our veterans know they are valued and supported.”

The breakfast also included a special guest speaker, Senate Majority Whip Ryan P. Aument, who shared inspiring stories and words of gratitude. Additionally, attendees enjoyed patriotic music performed by the Upper Perkiomen Community Church Music Team.
