The accident occurred at the victim's workplace Tuesday afternoon.

A Collegeville man was killed in a forklift accident at his workplace on Tuesday.

Pedro Morales, 57, was killed at 4:20 p.m. at Cougle’s Recycling in Auburn, Schuylkill County, according to The Shenandoah Sentinel.

Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven released the information Thursday.

The investigation is ongoing.
