A Hatfield Borough woman with four prior retail theft convictions, two of them felonies, has been charged again with felony retail theft and misdemeanor receiving stolen property by Upper Providence Township Police for allegedly stealing $48 in merchandise from Target.
Police said Alexis Lynne Henrick, 32, of the 200 block of West Broad Street, committed the theft at the Oaks store at 200 Mill Road at 8:52 p.m. Thursday.
Upon arrival, police met with loss prevention, who told police Henrick concealed $48 worth of merchandise and left the store without paying, per the affidavit.
Police said it was Henrick’s fourth offense, and the charge is automatically a felony with any third and subsequent retail theft arrest.
